Please know we are still open but in response to the COVID– 19 pandemic, some providers are choosing to still see clients from home. As of June 1st, below is what each provider is choosing to do. If you have any questions, please call the office.
17th St. Location:
Dr. Mathew: Beginning June 29th, 2020, Dr. Mathew will only be doing Telemed visits and phone consults. He will not be seeing clients in the office with the exception of Suboxone clients.
Dr. Adams: In office and Telemed visits, depending on circumstance.
Pamela Wenning, PMHNP: Telemed from home only. NO in office visits until further notice.
Leighton Morgan, PA-C: Telemed visits and phone consults only, with the exception of Spravato and Suboxone patients.
Rhett Saravia, MA, LPA: Telemed from home only. NO in office visits until further notice.
Kevin Ponnett, MA, LPA: In office visits Monday-Thursday.
Dawn Richard Cook, LCMHC: In office visits Monday-Tuesday.
Robyn Olsen-Nicotra, LCSW: Until June 10th, Telemed visits from home ONLY. Beginning June 10th, in office and Telemed, depending on client preference.
Porter’s Neck Location:
Jennifer Starrett, MSN, FNP-C: Telemedicine until further notice.
Heather Lanier, LCSW: In office and Telemed Monday-Thursday, depending on client preference.
Jessa Batson, LCSW: Telemedicine until further notice.
Our clinicians at Trinity Wellness Center are accepting new clients in office and via Telemed. We will continue to serve our current clients throughout these difficult times.
To access a Telemed appointment, please obtain the information from your office location for your specific provider, or see the website for information under your provider’s name.
Copayments and cost of services will not change by opting for telemedicine treatment. Most insurance companies, including Blue Cross and Medicare, are covering Telemed visits now. All clients will be required to have an active credit card on file to be enrolled in Telemed Services. Copays will be collected on the day of the appointment, prior to the start time. Your clinician will be able to reschedule your follow up appointment. Please call the front desk if you currently have an appointment and would like to switch to Telemed.
