I went to nursing school in Illinois, where I grew up, and came to North Carolina to work at the North Carolina Jaycee Burn Center at UNC-Chapel Hill. After several years of caring for burn patients, I transitioned to hospice nursing. As psychology had always been my passion, I eventually earned a master’s degree in nursing with a specialty in psychiatry. I joined Trinity Wellness Center in 2016 and currently practice in the Hillsborough office. 
 
I enjoy hiking, horseback riding, gardening and spending time with my husband, and our menagerie of dogs and cats. (You can never have just one!) My office comes complete with my dogs Chester and Reba for extra special care. I am available for in-office and telemedicine appointments, and look forward to helping you find balance while becoming your best self.
