In private practice at Trinity for 16 years. Initially I started with the primary population to treat was substance abuse. Developed interest in anxiety disorders and depression. During the time in private practice, I started to see more adolescent clients. Believe that my experience in music and athletics have helped in developing a rapport with the adolescent population. During the last 6 years I have also been involved with coaching baseball. While coaching, I became extremely interested in psychology related to sports, and the impact the mental game can have on an athletes performance. 

I enjoy helping athletes improve their mental game and getting the best performance they can on a consistent basis.
