I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner whose approach has been shaped by more than 26 years of experience as a Certified Nurse Midwife.

My philosophy of care is rooted in compassion, respect and partnership with my clients. With more than 2 decades as a Certified Nurse Midwife, I have learned that healing begins with listening. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I provide evidence-based, trauma-informed care to men, women and children across the lifespan. My approach recognizes the person as a whole, understanding the complex relationship between mental and physical health. I am committed to creating a therapeutic environment where every patient feels heard, valued and empowered to achieve their highest level of mental wellness.

Outside of my practice, I enjoy being active with hiking, kayaking and time on the beach. I also enjoy spending quality time with my children, grandchildren and two German Shepherds.
