I have been a nurse for nearly two decades. During this time I have watched the medical system treat the symptoms of disease while ignoring the basic fundamentals: prevention of disease through nutrition, natural healing, and holistic treatment methods. Over time, I found that my passion is in cultivating true healing at the root – mentally, spiritually, and physically. I view the body as a whole, and all three parts must be optimized for wellness.
My specialty is in addiction medicine, and I use all of the tools available to champion and support my patients into recovery, helping them to heal and release their physical, mental, and spiritual barriers so that they can live a free and joyful life.
I grew up in Wilmington, and I love this coastal community. My husband and I have four beautiful children, and we are focused on raising a vital and vibrant next generation. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, cooking, and exercising.

Why Patients Choose Me:
“Patients like to work with me because they feel respected and seen for the individual they are. In my patient interactions, there is absolutely no judgment. I am open, honest, and authentic. I walk the talk, and I live in alignment with the healing principles I share with my patients.
I have a wealth of experience, combining clinical medical expertise with advanced natural healing wisdom. This depth of knowledge allows me to successfully help patients achieve their optimal state of wellness and recovery, no matter what their starting point, through the optimization and coherence of their mind, body, and spirit.
Nothing worthwhile comes without hard work, and healing takes time and effort. It won’t happen overnight, but the journey is beautiful, and I devotedly support my patients every step of the way.”
